Personal & Organisation
Die Veranstaltung behandelt grundlegende Fragestellungen der Unternehmensorganisation sowie des Einsatzes von Personal innerhalb des Unternehmens. Dazu gehören Aspekte wie Organisationsgestaltung und strukturelle Alternativen, organisationaler Wandel und Transformation, Organisationskultur, Verhalten von Mitarbeitern in Organisationen, Rahmenbedingungen des Einsatzes von Mitarbeitern, Aspekte der Mitarbeitermotivation.
